Understand that 12-week quarters exist but families have a full calendar year to complete the curriculum at their pace.

Understand that children can advance early — I sign up for the next grade level, purchase the next kit, and tuition continues on a calendar basis from original signup.

Report any issues or disruptions immediately to OMLA so we can support my family and keep learning on track.

Encourage questions — both from the student AND from myself as the parent-educator. Questions are welcomed and celebrated here.

Understand that student participation — asking questions, engaging, contributing — is heavily weighted in mastery scoring. Active learners advance faster.

Acknowledge that I am the teacher of record, and I assign final grades, issue the diploma, and maintain my child's transcript.
